Bruno is a PhD student at DTU Aqua, Section for Freshwater Fisheries Ecology. His research includes the association between fish communities and oil and gas platforms in the North Sea. Bruno uses acoustic telemetry and YAPS to accurately estimate the positioning of tagged individuals of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) near an offshore oil and gas platform. The goal is to understand if and how platforms benefit marine life.
