Finn Økland is a research scientist at NINA, Norway. He has been leading telemetry studies for several decades all over the globe using all types of acoustic, radio and PSAT based telemetry. On several occasions, Finn has (rightfully) been refered to as “The Godfather of Fish Telemetry”.
